حَدَّثَنَا وَكِيعٌ قَالَ: حَدَّثَنَا شُعْبَةُ قَالَ:
سَأَلْتُ الْحَكَمَ وَحَمَّادًا عَنِ الرَّجُلِ يُمْسِكُ الرَّجُلَ وَيَقْتُلُهُ آخَرُ، قَالَا: يُقْتَلُ الْقَاتِلُ
