حَدَّثَنَا عَبَّادُ بْنُ الْعَوَّامِ، عَنْ شَيْخٍ مِنْ أَهْلِ الْبَصْرَةِ، عَنْ أَبِي نَضْرَةَ، عَنْ أَبِي سَعِيدٍ أَنَّ أَبَا بَكْرٍ وَعُمَرَ قَالَا:
مَنْ قَتَلَهُ حَدٌّ فَلَا عَقْلَ لَهُ
