حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ الرَّحِيمِ بْنُ سُلَيْمَانَ عَنْ لَيْثٍ عَنِ الْحَكَمِ، عَنْ عَلِيٍّ وَعَبْدِ اللهِ قَالَا:
إِذَا قَتَلَ الرَّجُلُ الْمَرْأَةَ مُتَعَمِّدًا؛ فَهُوَ بِهَا قَوَدٌ
