حَدَّثَنَا غُنْدَرٌ عَنْ شُعْبَةَ عَنِ الْحَكَمِ، قَالَ: سَمِعْتُهُ يَقُولُ:
إِذَا ضُرِبَتِ الْمَرْأَةُ فَأَلْقَتْ جَنِينًا؛ فَإِنَّ صَاحِبَهُ يُعْتِقُ
