حَدَّثَنَا الْفَضْلُ بْنُ دُكَيْنٍ عَنْ سُفْيَانَ، عَنْ جَابِرٍ عَنِ الْحَكَمِ، عَنْ إِبْرَاهِيمَ
فِي الرَّجُلِ يَقْتُلُهُ النَّفَرُ، قَالَ: يَقْتُلُ مَنْ شَاءَ، وَيَعْفُو عَمَّنْ شَاءَ، وَيَأْخُذُ الدِّيَةَ مِمَّنْ شَاءَ
