حَدَّثَنَا بَهْزُ بْنُ أَسَدٍ عَنْ أَبَانَ الْعَطَّارِ، عَنْ قَتَادَةَ، عَنْ سَعِيدِ بْنِ الْمُسَيِّبِ
فِي الرَّجُلِ يَقْتُلُهُ النَّفَرُ، قَالَ: يَعْفُو عَمَّنْ شَاءَ، وَيَقْتُلُ مَنْ شَاءَ، وَيَأْخُذُ الدِّيَةَ مِمَّنْ شَاءَ
