حَدَّثَنَا غُنْدَرٌ، عَنْ شُعْبَةَ، عَنِ الْحَكَمِ قَالَ:
إِذَا دُفِعَ إِلَيْهِ إِزْمِيلٌ [١]أَوْ مَرٌّ فَوَاجَرَهُ بِأَكْثَرَ مِمَّا اسْتَأْجَرَهُ بِهِ فَلَا بَأْسَ
