حَدَّثَنَا ابْنُ أَبِي غَنِيَّةَ، عَنْ أَبِيهِ، عَنِ الْحَكَمِ قَالَ:
إِذَا اسْتَأْجَرَ الرَّجُلُ الدَّارَ فَآجَرَ [١]بَعْضَهَا وَأَسْكَنَ بَعْضَهَا، قَالَ: لَا بَأْسَ
