✧ Concerning people among whom there is a slave; one of them makes a mukataba contract with him and another manumits him

حَدَّثَنَا مُعْتَمِرٌ، عَنْ حُمَيْدٍ الطَّوِيلِ، عَنْ أَنَسِ بْنِ مَالِكٍ وَإِيَاسِ بْنِ مُعَاوِيَةَ:
سُئِلَا [١]عَنْ مَمْلُوكٍ كَانَ بَيْنَ ثَلَاثَةٍ، فَكَاتَبَ أَحَدُهُمْ نَصِيبَهُ، وَأَعْتَقَ أَحَدُهُمْ نَصِيبَهُ، فَمَاتَ الْمَمْلُوكُ وَتَرَكَ مَالًا، فَقَضَى أَنَسٌ [٢]وَإِيَاسٌ أَنَّ مَا تَرَكَ فَهُوَ بَيْنَهُمْ بِالسَّوِيَّةِ
