حَدَّثَنَا وَكِيعٌ قَالَ: حَدَّثَنَا الْمَسْعُودِيُّ، عَنْ عَبْدِ الرَّحْمَنِ بْنِ الْقَاسِمِ بْنِ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ أَبِي بَكْرٍ، عَنْ أَبِيهِ قَالَ: قَالَ عُمَرُ بْنُ الْخَطَّابِ:
أَلَا لَا يُؤْسَرَنَّ أَحَدٌ فِي الْإِسْلَامِ بِشَهَادَةِ [١]الزُّورِ، فَإِنَّا لَا نَقْبَلُ إِلَّا الْعُدُولَ
