حَدَّثَنَا يَحْيَى بْنُ زَكَرِيَّا بْنِ أَبِي زَائِدَةَ، عَنِ ابْنِ أَبِي غَنِيَّةَ، عَنِ الْحَكَمِ قَالَ:
إِذَا لَحِقَ أَحَدَ الْمُتَفَاوِضَيْنِ دَيْنٌ فَهُوَ عَلَيْهِمَا جَمِيعًا
