حَدَّثَنَا ابْنُ عُلَيَّةَ، عَنِ ابْنِ جُرَيْجٍ قَالَ: أَخْبَرَنِي الزُّبَيْرُ بْنُ مُوسَى، عَنْ عُمَرَ بْنِ عَبْدِ الْعَزِيزِ قَالَ:
إِذَا قُسِّمَتِ الْأَرْضُ وَحُدَّتْ [١]وَصُرِّفَتْ طُرُقُهَا فَلَا شُفْعَةَ
