حَدَّثَنَا وَكِيعٌ قَالَ: حَدَّثَنَا مَالِكُ بْنُ أَنَسٍ، عَنِ الزُّهْرِيِّ، عَنْ سَعِيدِ بْنِ الْمُسَيِّبِ وَأَبِي سَلَمَةَ قَالَ:
قَضَى رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ بِالشُّفْعَةِ فِي كُلِّ مَا لَمْ يُقْسَمْ، فَإِذَا وَقَعَتِ الْحُدُودُ فَلَا شُفْعَةَ
