حَدَّثَنَا وَكِيعٌ قَالَ: حَدَّثَنَا سُفْيَانُ، عَنْ عَبْدِ الْعَزِيزِ بْنِ رُفَيْعٍ قَالَ:
بِعْتُ مِنْ رَجُلٍ جَارِيَةً، وَشَرَطْتُ عَلَيْهِ: إِنْ [١]تَبِعَتْهَا نَفَسِي، قَالَ: فَتَبِعَتْهَا نَفْسِي، فَخَاصَمْتُهُ إِلَى شُرَيْحٍ فَقَالَ: قَدْ أَقْرَرْتَ بِالْبَيْعِ فَبَيِّنَتُكَ عَلَى الشَّرْطِ
