حَدَّثَنَا مُعْتَمِرُ بْنُ سُلَيْمَانَ، عَنْ سَلْمِ بْنِ أَبِي الذَّيَّالِ قَالَ:
سَأَلْتُ مُحَمَّدًا عَنْ رَجُلٍ بَاعَ سِلْعَةً إِلَى شَهْرَيْنِ، شَرَطَ عَلَى الْمُشْتَرِي إِنْ بَاعَهَا قَبْلَ الشَّهْرَيْنِ أَنْ يَنْقُدَهُ ! قَالَ: " لَا أَعْلَمُ بِهِ بَأْسًا
