[حَدَّثَنَا] سَهْلُ بْنُ يُوسُفَ، عَنْ شُعْبَةَ، عَنِ الْحَكَمِ قَالَ:
إِذَا كَانَ الْغُلَامُ فِي الضَّرِيبَةِ فَاشْتَرَى بَيْعًا فَفِي رَقَبَتِهِ، وَقَالَ حَمَّادٌ: إِذَا أَذِنَ [لَهُ] [٣]مَوْلَاهُ فِي الْبَيْعِ فَفِي رَقَبَتِهِ
