حَدَّثَنَا وَكِيعٌ، عَنْ شُعْبَةَ، عَنِ الْحَكَمِ، عَنْ إِبْرَاهِيمَ قَالَ:
إِذَا شَهِدَ الْعَبْدُ، فَرُدَّتْ شَهَادَتُهُ، ثُمَّ أُعْتِقَ "، قَالَ: " لَا تَجُوزُ. وَقَالَ الْحَكَمُ: " تَجُوزُ "
