حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدَةُ، عَنِ ابْنِ أَبِي عَرُوبَةَ، عَنْ أَبِي مَعْشَرٍ، عَنْ إِبْرَاهِيمَ
فِي الْوَدِيعَةِ: " لَا ضَمَانَ عَلَيْهِ إِلَّا أَنْ يُحَوِّلَهَا عَنْ مَوْضِعِهَا أَوْ يُغَيِّرَهَا عَنْ حَالِهَا، فَإِنْ هُوَ غَيَّرَهَا عَنْ مَوْضِعِهَا فَكَانَ فِيهِ رِبْحٌ فَإِنَّهُ يَتَصَدَّقُ بِهِ، وَلَيْسَ لِوَاحِدٍ مِنْهُمَا
