حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو بَكْرٍ قَالَ: حَدَّثَنَا هِشَامٌ، عَنِ الْحَسَنِ قَالَ:
لَا تُحَرَّكُ الْوَدِيعَةُ إِلَّا بِإِذْنِ رَبِّهَا، فَإِنْ فَعَلَ فَهُوَ ضَامِنٌ، وَلَهُ الرِّبْحُ
