حَدَّثَنَا يَحْيَى بْنُ أَبِي زَائِدَةَ عَنِ ابْنِ أَبِي غَنِيَّةَ عَنِ الْحَكَمِ بْنِ عُتَيْبَةَ قَالَ:
لَا يَرْجِعُ فِي الْحَوَالَةِ إِلَى صَاحِبِهِ حَتَّى يُفْلِسَ أَوْ يَمُوتَ وَلَا [٢]يَدَعُ وَفَاءً، فَإِنَّ الرَّجُلَ يُوسِرُ مَرَّةً وَيُعْسِرُ مَرَّةً
