حَدَّثَنَا ابْنُ أَبِي زَائِدَةَ وَوَكِيعٌ عَنِ الْمَسْعُودِيِّ عَنِ الْقَاسِمِ، عَنْ جَابِرِ بْنِ سَمُرَةَ قَالَ: قَالَ عُمَرُ:
إِنَّكُمْ تُكَاتِبُونَ مُكَاتَبِينَ، فَإِذَا أَدَّى النِّصْفَ فَلَا رَدَّ عَلَيْهِ فِي الرِّقِّ
