حَدَّثَنَا إِسْمَاعِيلُ بْنُ عَيَّاشٍ، عَنْ سَوَادَةَ بْنِ زِيَادٍ وَعَمْرِو بْنِ مُهَاجِرٍ:
أَنَّ عُمَرَ بْنَ عَبْدِ الْعَزِيزِ كَتَبَ إِلَى الْوُلَاةِ فِي الدَّيْنِ وَمُهُورِ النِّسَاءِ: أَنَّهُنَّ أُسْوَةُ الْغُرَمَاءِ
