حَدَّثَنَا إِسْمَاعِيلُ بْنُ إِبْرَاهِيمَ، عَنْ دَاوُدَ بْنِ أَبِي هِنْدٍ:
أَنَّ رَجُلًا ابْتَاعَ مِنْ رَجُلٍ مَتَاعًا إِلَى أَجَلٍ، وَحَبَسَهُ، فَبَيَّتَهُمْ حَرِيقٌ مِنَ اللَّيْلِ فَاحْتَرَقَ [١]بَعْضُهُ، فَسَأَلْتُ الشَّعْبِيَّ ؟ فَقَالَ: هُوَ مِنْ مَالِ الَّذِي هُوَ فِي يَدَيْهِ
