حَدَّثَنَا هُشَيْمٌ، عَنْ يُونُسَ عَنِ الْحَسَنِ أَنَّهُ كَانَ يَقُولُ:
إِذَا اشْتَرَطَ عَلَى مُكَاتَبِهِ أَلَّا يَخْرُجَ وَلَا يَتَزَوَّجَ، قَالَ: فَشَرْطُهُ بَاطِلٌ، يَسِيرُ حَيْثُ شَاءَ [١]، وَيَتَزَوَّجُ
