حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو أُسَامَةَ، عَنْ صَالِحِ بْنِ مُسْلِمٍ قَالَ:
سَأَلْتُ الشَّعْبِيَّ قُلْتُ: رَجُلٌ وَامْرَأَتُهُ حَكَّمَا رَجُلَيْنِ ثُمَّ بَدَا لَهُمَا أَنْ يَرْجِعَا، قَالَ: ذَلِكَ لَهُمَا مَا لَمْ يَتَكَلَّمَا، فَإِذَا تَكَلَّمَا فَلَيْسَ لَهُمَا أَنْ يَرْجِعَا
