حَدَّثَنَا وَكِيعٌ، عَنْ سُفْيَانَ، عَنِ ابْنِ جُرَيْجٍ، عَنْ عَطَاءٍ قَالَ:
كُلُّ نِكَاحٍ فَاسِدٍ لَا يَثْبُتُ فَلَيْسَ طَلَاقُهُ فِيهِ بِطَلَاقٍ
