حَدَّثَنَا يَزِيدُ بْنُ هَارُونَ، عَنْ أَبِي الْعَلَاءِ، وَسَعِيدٍ، عَنْ قَتَادَةَ عَنِ الْحَسَنِ قَالَ:
إِذَا قَالَ الرَّجُلُ: إِنْ كَلَّمَ أَخَاهُ فَامْرَأَتُهُ طَالِقٌ ثَلَاثًا، فَإِنْ شَاءَ طَلَّقَهَا وَاحِدَةً، ثُمَّ تَرَكَهَا حَتَّى تَنْقَضِيَ عِدَّتُهَا، فَإِذَا بَانَتْ كَلَّمَ أَخَاهُ ثُمَّ تَزَوَّجَهَا إِنْ شَاءَ بَعْدُ
