حَدَّثَنَا عَبَّادُ بْنُ الْعَوَّامِ، عَنْ زَكَرِيَّا عَنِ الشَّعْبِيِّ
أَنَّهُ سُئِلَ عَنْ رَجُلٍ طَلَّقَ امْرَأَتَهُ عِنْدَ رَجُلَيْنِ وَامْرَأَةٍ، فَشَهِدَ أَحَدُ الرَّجُلَيْنِ وَالْمَرْأَةُ وَغَابَ الْآخَرُ قَالَ: تُعْزَلُ عَنْهُ حَتَّى يَجِيءَ الْغَائِبُ
