حَدَّثَنَا حُمَيْدُ بْنُ عَبْدِ الرَّحْمَنِ، عَنْ حَسَنٍ، عَنْ مُطَرِّفٍ، عَنْ إِسْمَاعِيلَ عَنِ الْحَسَنِ، عَنْ زَيْدِ بْنِ ثَابِتٍ قَالَ:
إِذَا كَانَ عَمٌّ وَأُمٌّ فَعَلَى الْأُمِّ بِقَدْرِ مِيرَاثِهَا وَعَلَى الْعَمِّ بِقَدْرِ مِيرَاثِهِ
