حَدَّثَنَا مُعْتَمِرُ بْنُ سُلَيْمَانَ، عَنْ يُونُسَ عَنِ الْحَسَنِ:
سُئِلَ عَنْ صَبِيٍّ لَهُ أُمٌّ وَعَمٌّ، وَالْأُمُّ مُوسِرَةٌ وَالْعَمُّ مُعْسِرٌ، فَقَالَ: النَّفَقَةُ عَلَى الْعَمِّ
