✧ What they said about the man who swears an oath by divorce concerning something, then forgets and does it, or by manumission

حَدَّثَنَا يَحْيَى بْنُ سُلَيْمٍ قَالَ: حَدَّثَنَا بِهَذَا الْحَدِيثِ ابْنُ جُرَيْجٍ فَأَنْكَرَ أَنْ يَكُونَ عَطَاءٌ يَرَى فِي النِّسْيَانِ شَيْئًا، قَالَ: وَقَالَ عَطَاءٌ: بَلَغَنِي أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللهِ ﷺ قَالَ:
إِنَّ اللهَ تَجَاوَزَ لِأُمَّتِي عَنْ ثَلَاثٍ: عَنِ الْخَطَإِ [١]وَالنِّسْيَانِ وَمَا اسْتُكْرِهُوا عَلَيْهِ
