حَدَّثَنَا يَحْيَى بْنُ سَعِيدٍ عَنِ ابْنِ جُرَيْجٍ عَنِ ابْنِ أَبِي مُلَيْكَةَ قَالَ:
سَأَلْتُ ابْنَ الزُّبَيْرِ عَنْ رَجُلٍ طَلَّقَ امْرَأَتَهُ وَهُوَ مَرِيضٌ ثُمَّ مَاتَ، فَقَالَ: قَدْ وَرَّثَ عُثْمَانُ ابْنَةَ الْأَصْبَغِ الْكَلْبِيَّةَ وَأَمَّا أَنَا فَلَا أَرَى أَنْ تَرِثَ مَبْتُوتَةٌ
