حَدَّثَنَا وَكِيعٌ، عَنْ سُفْيَانَ، عَنْ حَبِيبٍ، عَنْ رَجُلٍ مِنْ قُرَيْشٍ، عَنْ أُبَيِّ بْنِ كَعْبٍ قَالَ:
إِذَا طَلَّقَهَا وَهُوَ مَرِيضٌ وَرَّثْتُهَا مِنْهُ وَلَوْ مَضَى سَنَةٌ، مَا لَمْ يَبْرَأْ أَوْ تَتَزَوَّجْ [١]
