حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ الْأَعْلَى، عَنْ سَعِيدٍ، عَنْ أَيُّوبَ، عَنْ نَافِعٍ عَنِ ابْنِ عُمَرَ قَالَ:
تَعْتَدُّ مِنْ يَوْمِ مَاتَ أَوْ طَلَّقَ إِذَا قَامَتِ الْبَيِّنَةُ
