حَدَّثَنَا كَثِيرُ بْنُ هِشَامٍ، عَنْ جَعْفَرِ بْنِ بُرْقَانَ قَالَ: سَمِعْتُ الْحَكَمَ يَقُولُ: سَأَلْتُ سَعِيدَ بْنَ جُبَيْرٍ
[عَنِ الْمَرْأَةِ يُتَوَفَّى] [١]عَنْهَا زَوْجُهَا وَهُوَ غَائِبٌ مِنْ أَيْنَ تَعْتَدُّ ؟ قَالَ: مِنْ يَوْمِ مَاتَ زَوْجُهَا، تَعْتَدُّ إِذَا قَامَتِ الْبَيِّنَةُ، وَإِذَا طُلِّقَتْ فَمِثْلُ ذَلِكَ
