حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ الْأَعْلَى، عَنْ سَعِيدٍ، عَنْ قَتَادَةَ، عَنْ سَعِيدِ بْنِ الْمُسَيِّبِ وَسُلَيْمَانَ بْنِ يَسَارٍ أَنَّهُمَا قَالَا:
تَعْتَدُّ مِنْ يَوْمِ مَاتَ أَوْ طَلَّقَ إِذَا قَامَتِ الْبَيِّنَةُ
