حَدَّثَنَا ابْنُ عُلَيَّةَ، عَنْ دَاوُدَ بْنِ أَبِي الْفُرَاتِ، عَنْ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ زَيْدٍ، عَنْ سَعِيدِ بْنِ الْمُسَيِّبِ قَالَ:
الْمُتَوَفَّى عَنْهَا زَوْجُهَا إِذَا كَانَ غَائِبًا [١]مِنْ يَوْمِ تُوُفِّيَ إِذَا شَهِدَتْ عَلَى ذَلِكَ الشُّهُودُ
