✧ What they said about the man who has a slave woman and divorces her one divorce then she is freed

حَدَّثَنَا ابْنُ عُلَيَّةَ عَنْ يُونُسَ عَنِ الْحَسَنِ أَنَّهُ قَالَ:
إِذَا طَلَّقَ الرَّجُلُ امْرَأَتَهُ وَهِيَ أَمَةٌ تَطْلِيقَةً، ثُمَّ أُعْتِقَتْ فِي الْعِدَّةِ، فَعِدَّتُهَا عِدَّةُ حُرَّةٍ، وَإِذَا طَلَّقَهَا تَطْلِيقَتَيْنِ ثُمَّ أُعْتِقَتْ، قَالَ: لَا يَتَزَوَّجُهَا حَتَّى تَزَوَّجَ زَوْجًا غَيْرَهُ وَعِدَّتُهَا عِدَّةُ أَمَةٍ
