حَدَّثَنَا جَرِيرٌ، عَنْ مُغِيرَةَ عَنْ إِبْرَاهِيمَ قَالَ:
إِذَا طُلِّقَتْ تَطْلِيقَةً ثُمَّ أَدْرَكَهَا عَتَاقَةٌ [١]قَبْلَ أَنْ تَنْقَضِيَ عِدَّتُهَا، اعْتَدَّتْ عِدَّةَ الْحُرَّةِ، وَإِذَا طُلِّقَتْ تَطْلِيقَتَيْنِ ثُمَّ [أَدْرَكَتْهَا عَتَاقَةٌ] [٢]، اعْتَدَّتْ عِدَّةَ الْأَمَةِ لَمَّا بَانَتْ مِنْهُ، وَالْمُتَوَفَّى عَنْهَا كَذَلِكَ
