حَدَّثَنَا حُمَيْدٌ عَنْ حَسَنٍ عَنْ مُطَرِّفٍ عَنِ الشَّعْبِيِّ قَالَ:

إِذَا طَلَّقَ الرَّجُلُ امْرَأَتَهُ وَلَمْ يَفْرِضْ لَهَا وَلَمْ يَدْخُلْ بِهَا، جُبِرَ عَلَى أَنْ يُمَتِّعَهَا
