حَدَّثَنَا حَفْصُ بْنُ غِيَاثٍ عَنْ حَجَّاجٍ عَمَّنْ حَدَّثَهُ عَنِ ابْنِ مُغَفَّلٍ قَالَ:
إِنَّمَا يُجْبَرُ عَلَى الْمُتْعَةِ مَنْ طَلَّقَ وَلَمْ [٢]يَفْرِضْ وَلَمْ يَدْخُلْ
