حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ يَزِيدَ عَنْ أَبِي الْعَلَاءِ عَنْ أَبِي هَاشِمٍ
فِي رَجُلٍ قَالَ لِامْرَأَتِهِ: وَاللهِ لَا أَبْنِي بِامْرَأَتِي فِي هَذَا الْبَيْتِ، ثُمَّ تَرَكَهَا حَتَّى مَضَتْ أَرْبَعَةُ أَشْهُرٍ، قَالَ: هُوَ إِيلَاءٌ
