حَدَّثَنَا إِسْمَاعِيلُ ابْنُ عُلَيَّةَ عَنْ يُونُسَ عَنِ الْحَسَنِ أَنَّهُ كَانَ يَقُولُ:
لِلْمُطَلَّقَةِ ثَلَاثًا وَهِيَ حَامِلٌ وَلِلْمُولَى عَنْهَا وَهِيَ حَامِلٌ النَّفَقَةُ.
