حَدَّثَنَا يَعْلَى بْنُ عُبَيْدٍ عَنْ عَبْدِ الْمَلِكِ عَنْ عَطَاءٍ قَالَ:
لَا تَعْتَدُّ مِنْ زَوْجِهَا إِذَا أَرَادَ أَنْ يَتَزَوَّجَهَا، وَلَكِنْ تَعْتَدُّ مِنَ النَّاسِ ثَلَاثَةَ قُرُوءٍ
