حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو أُسَامَةَ عَنْ جُوَيْبِرٍ عَنِ الضَّحَّاكِ قَالَ:
مَنْ زَوَّجَ عَبْدَهُ أَمَتَهُ [١]بِمَهْرٍ وَبَيِّنَةٍ، لَا يَصْلُحُ لَهُ أَنْ يَنْزِعَهَا مِنْهُ وَلَا يَحِلُّ لَهُ فَرْجُهَا حَتَّى يَمُوتَ
