حَدَّثَنَا عَبِيدَةُ بْنُ حُمَيْدٍ عَنْ عُبَيْدِ اللهِ عَنْ نَافِعٍ عَنِ ابْنِ عُمَرَ قَالَ:
إِذَا أَذِنَ السَّيِّدُ لِعَبْدِهِ أَنْ يَتَزَوَّجَ فَالطَّلَاقُ بِيَدِ الْعَبْدِ
