حَدَّثَنَا ابْنُ عُلَيَّةَ عَنْ يُونُسَ عَنِ الْحَسَنِ أَنَّهُ كَانَ يَقُولُ:
إِذَا نَكَحَ الْعَبْدُ بِإِذْنِ سَيِّدِهِ فَإِنَّ الطَّلَاقَ بِيَدِ الْعَبْدِ، إِنْ شَاءَ طَلَّقَ وَإِنْ شَاءَ أَمْسَكَ
