حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو أُسَامَةَ عَنْ هِشَامِ بْنِ عُرْوَةَ قَالَ:
قُلْتُ لِأَبِي: الرَّجُلُ يُنْكِحُ مَمْلُوكَهُ مَمْلُوكَتَهُ هَلْ يَصْلُحُ لَهُ أَنْ يَنْزِعَهَا مِنْهُ بِغَيْرِ طِيبِ نَفْسٍ مِنْهُ ؟ قَالَ: بِئْسَ مَا صَنَعَ
