حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو دَاوُدَ الطَّيَالِسِيُّ عَنْ عَبْدِ رَبِّهِ عَنْ جَابِرِ بْنِ زَيْدٍ قَالَ:
سَأَلْتُهُ عَنْ رَجُلٍ طَلَّقَ امْرَأَتَهُ تَطْلِيقَةً، ثُمَّ طَلَّقَهَا أُخْرَى، فَكَانَتَا اثْنَتَيْنِ، ثُمَّ لَقِيَهُ رَجُلٌ فَقَالَ: طَلَّقْتَ امْرَأَتَكَ ؟ فَقَالَ: نَعَمْ، قَالَ: فَقَالَ: إِنْ كَانَ إِنَّمَا أَرَادَ مَا كَانَ طَلَّقَ، فَلَيْسَ عَلَيْهِ شَيْءٌ
