حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو مُعَاوِيَةَ عَنِ الشَّيْبَانِيِّ عَنْ حَمَّادٍ
فِي رَجُلٍ قَالَ لِامْرَأَتِهِ: أَنْتِ طَالِقٌ، فَقَالَتْ: أَيُّ شَيْءٍ تَقُولُ ؟ فَقَالَ: أَنْتِ طَالِقٌ الْبَتَّةَ، فَقَالَ حَمَّادٌ: إِنْ كَانَ أَرَادَ أَنْ يُفَهِّمَهَا فَلَا بَأْسَ
